2015: Placed 20th in women’s saber at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic/South Regional … finished 14th at the ACC Championships … ended the regular season with a 13-10 record after fencing in four meets … opened her season at the Philadelphia Invitational with an 8-4 mark … went 3-1 during the team portion of the ACC Championships … picked up two bout victories at the Eric Sollee Invitational.

Prep: Lettered four years in fencing at Columbia High School ... coached by Daryl White and former Duke All-American Ibtihaj Muhammad … named to the Star Ledger and Coaches’ all-state first teams as a freshman and earned third as an individual at the New Jersey state meet … followed with a fourth-place finish at state as a sophomore and an 11th-place finish as a junior ... placed third individually at districts her sophomore year … voted most improved fencer in 2012 … voted team MVP her junior year and selected as team captain for the 2013 and 2014 seasons … led the saber squad to the district championship as a junior … did not fence as a senior while rehabbing from surgery … as a junior was an AP Scholar with Honor and a member of the National Hispanic Scholar … as a senior, a National AP Scholar and an AP Scholar with Distinction.

Personal: The daughter of Bill Viqueira and Zaida Pacheco … born Aug. 7, 1996 in New York City … has three sisters, Rachel, Samantha and Marissa.
